Will this meet our GDPR & safeguarding obligations?
Sensitive child data is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Every read, write and export is captured in an internal audit log. Parents can export or delete their child’s record from their own account. Hosted on UK infrastructure.
Can I migrate from Eventbrite, TeamSnap or a spreadsheet?
Yes — sessions and student records can be added through the admin UI or imported from a CSV. We don’t pull from Eventbrite’s API directly, but most coaches export to a sheet and bulk-import in one go.
What if parents won’t sign up for yet another app?
They don’t have to. Public bookings work without a parent login — the coach can take and manage sessions on their behalf. The parent account is optional but unlocks self-service rebooking, payment history and welfare records.
What’s in the 14-day free trial?

When can I take card payments?
Stripe Connect is wired and can activate per-academy. Today most academies start with cash, bank transfer and invoice tracking; we switch on Stripe when you’re ready.
Is my data UK-hosted?
Yes — the production stack runs on dedicated UK infrastructure. No cross-border replication, no US data centres.
